Why do I need a business coach?
A business coach is right for you if you are a performer that dreams of one day making your full time living from your art. A coach provides guidance to help you get started on the right foot. A great coach will help you answer all of these questions:
- How do I reach clients?
- What is social media marketing?
- How do I set my prices?
- I want to stand out, but I don’t know how to do that.
Perhaps you started out great with your bookings, but are stuck in a rut or the bookings have dried up. A coach can help you create a plan to get back on track. With actionable goals and accountability built in.
Are you doing great with your current market, but want to break into a new market? A business coach can help you figure out market research, develop a plan, and move into your new market and grow your business.
What does a coach do?
A coach meets with you on a regular schedule to discuss how your business is going, bounce ideas off of, and report progress on your specific goals.
My coaching program is designed to help you get to the root of your problems and design a clear path to get you moving in the right direction. We will work together to understand your goals, set benchmarks and tasks to move you closer to your goals. We will cover business planning, digital media and marketing, SEO, how to make the ask, Back of Room sales, and show design and planning.
Why choose me as your business coach?
I have been performing for over 20 years and have been through the struggles of building and selling a show. I have been in the repetitive cycle of having success, moving forward, then stalling out, and falling backwards, only to find new success and starting the cycle over.
In addition to my performance experience, I also started BB Productions in 2010, a multimedia and web design company aimed at small businesses. I used my knowledge and experience to help clients create a brand, expand their digital foot print, and grow their clientele using the latest strategies of SEO and digital marketing. This business allowed me the opportunity to join a small company as the twelfth team member and grow that company over the following 8 years. That company became so successful, it was recently acquired by an investment firm looking to grow their own portfolio.
